This Beginner Series is presented in a four-week format. Class is conducted at a gentle pace with plenty of time for individual instruction, questions, and answers. By the end of the series, you will be ready to confidently participate in Basics and Level 1 classes (or beyond!).
The Yoga Beginner Series is geared to those who have never (or barely) tried yoga. For four weeks, you and a group of other new students will learn basic poses and sequences, along with information about the benefits of yoga for you.
You can expect …
- An introduction to the basic poses of yoga at a pace appropriate for people who are new to the practice
- Plenty of description and instructional commentary to accompany each pose that you learn
- A well trained, certified, and experienced teacher
By the end of the series, you will be ready to confidently participate in Basics or Level 1 classes (or beyond!). Classes meet Sundays, 5:45-7:00pm. October 2, 9, 16, & 23.
